These values are at the heart of everything we do at Stone Speech Pathology. Our mission is to work alongside children, adults, families and their communities to provide meaningful, individualised speech pathology support that builds communication, confidence, connection and participation in everyday life.

We are a team of speech pathologists and allied health assistants providing child and adult speech pathology services across our clinics, within the community and via telehealth. We support people throughout Adelaide’s northern metropolitan areas, Gawler, the Barossa and surrounding regions.

Our team provides support across speech, language, literacy, communication, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), swallowing, feeding and mealtimes. From supporting a child to find their way to communicate, through to helping an adult maintain or regain communication and enjoy safer, more confident mealtimes, our services are shaped around what matters most to each person.

We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to speech pathology. Our strengths-based and person-centred philosophy of care recognises each person’s abilities, preferences, communication style and lived experience. We embrace diversity, value different ways of communicating and strive to create environments where everyone feels heard, understood and that they belong.

Our flexible service options allow support to be provided where it is most meaningful — whether that is in the clinic, at home, at school, in the community or through telehealth. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, educators, support teams and other professionals to build skills and confidence beyond the therapy room.
