Keira Stone
Director/ Senior Speech Pathologist
Graduated from Flinders University in 2009.
Keira is an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist who is passionate about providing children and adolescents with a voice. Keira is trained in a range of Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) systems. She is experienced in assisting clients in the areas of:
- Early communication and parent capacity supports.
- Speech and language assessment and therapy.
- Nuffield dyspraxia program trained.
- Hanen ‘More Than Words’ trained.
- Gestalt Language Processors (GLP).
- Complex communication needs, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) feature matching assessments and provision of Assistive Technology (AT).
- Disability supports.
- Training, professional development and consultation services primarily related to the above areas. Recent trainings provided include, functional communication and effective strategies for communication partners, AAC general prinicipals and implementation.

Kate Tauba
Senior Speech Pathologist/ Autism Diagnostician/ Clinical eEducator
Graduated from Flinders University in 2012.
Kate is an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist who is passionate about providing engaging and inclusive support for children, adolescents, and families. She is experienced in assisting clients in the areas of:
- Neuro-divergent affirming supports
- Gestalt Language processing (GLP)
- Intervention related to auditory processing challenges
- Support in education settings
- Speech and language assessment and therapy
- Nuffield dyspraxia program trained.
- Complex Communication Needs (CCN), including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Autism assessment
Kate has completed a Master of Speech Pathology at Flinders University and a Bachelor of Education at the University of South Australia. Her involvement in a range of education settings has given her unique insights into the experiences of children, adolescents, families and staff in schools and early childhood settings. Kate is passionate about assisting children and adolescents to achieve positive educational experiences. She supports students to more effectively engage in the curriculum and with their peers and works with education staff to build their capacity to support diverse student needs.
Through varied speech pathology experiences, and in conjunction with families, Kate identifies the interests, skills and needs of her clients. She recognises that parents are the experts when it comes to their children and she works closely with families to set goals and plan experiences that are educational, fun and engaging.
Kate is also a qualified Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnostician and is experienced in supporting families at all stages of the diagnostic process. D

Anna Johnson
Senior speech Pathologist/ Team Leader
Graduated from Flinders University in 1999.
Anna is an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist who is passionate and dedicated speech pathologist providing high quality services to children and adolescents. She provides a strengths -based approach in the following areas:
- Speech and language assessment and therapy.
- Nuffield dyspraxia program trained.
- Literacy development including Sounds-Write training.
- Neuro-divergent affirming social supports.
- AAC and language intervention.
- Gestalt Language Processors (GLP).
- Support and transitions in the education setting.
Anna’s initial work with the Department for Education ignited a love for working in school-based settings alongside teachers and students. Anna took some time off to raise a family and work as an SSO in Government Public Schools before completing the re-entry process offered by Speech Pathology Australia. She returned to the profession to work alongside Keira Stone in 2019. Anna’s years of experience in the school setting developed a passion for literacy skills and learning effective ways to collaborate with educators to ensure that all have the opportunity for a positive and engaging experience at school. Anna has completed training in Executive Functioning to better support goal setting connected to strengthening lagging skills. She enjoys connecting with clients to provide a functional and strengths based therapy approach.

Stephanie Woortman
Senior Speech Pathologist/ Clinical Educator and Community Relationships Facilitator
Graduated from Flinders University in 2016.
Stephanie is an experienced Speech Pathologist who believes that having the ability to communicate with others, as well as the ability to enjoy eating and drinking safely are the fundamentals of life. She strives to provide these fundamentals to her clients, ensuring that her relational approach is constantly informed by neurodivergent affirming practises. She is experienced in assisting clients in the areas of:
- Parent and carer empowerment.
- Trauma informed practise. Pursuing a certification to be a Trauma Informed Professional.
- Foundational mealtime supports and swallowing assessments for children and adults.
- Early communication, play and interaction. Hanen “it takes two to talk” trained.
- Speech and language development. PROMPT trained.
- Complex communication needs, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) feature matching assessments and provision of Assistive Technology (AT).
- Voice assessment, vocal hygiene and care.
- Training, professional development and consultation services primarily related to the above areas. Recent trainings provided include modifying diet & fluids in accordance with the international dysphagia diet standardisation initiative (IDDSI) and functional communication and effective strategies for communication partners.
Her time in regional community health, working in the mid-north, fostered her enjoyment in practicing as a rural generalist. In this role Stephanie gained experience within country hospitals, schools and community settings, delivering quality services in the community with often limited access to resources. She also has experience in metropolitan private practice, working with music therapists to support clients with complex needs.

Natalie McAllister
Speech Pathologist
Graduated from Curtin University in 2013.
Natalie is an experienced Speech Pathologist who is passionate about providing positive and engaging services to individuals of all ages. She is experienced in assisting clients in the areas of:
- Early communication.
- Speech and language assessment and therapy for children and adolescents.
- Fluency- Lidcombe program trained.
- Neuro-divergent affirming social supports.
- Literacy difficulties including Sounds-Write training.
- Auslan trained.
- Hanen ‘More Than Words’ and ‘It Takes Two To Talk’ trained.
She has extensive experience in private practices working with individuals of a range of ages.
Natalie has an interest in languages which prompted her to complete her certificate 2 in the Auslan language. She believes that everyone has the right to communicate with others and enjoys embracing her interest in languages to support her clients communication needs.
Natalie is passionate about delivering high quality strengths based services and ensures her supports are functional, practical and engaging to support her clients needs in everyday situations.

Graduated from University of South Australia in 2024.
Luwana is a bubbly and compassionate early career speech pathologist who is dedicated to broadening her knowledge and develop her clinical skills across a range of practice areas within speech pathology.
She has experience supporting clients and their families in the areas of:

She has a growing interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), play-based therapy, and neurodivergent-affirming practice. Carol is a warm and enthusiastic new graduate speech pathologist who currently participating in our New Graduate Speech Pathology Program. Carol is passionate about continuing to broaden her knowledge and develop her clinical skills within the speech pathology profession.
She has experience supporting clients and their families across a range of areas including:
• Speech and language intervention
• Support within educational settings
• Neurodivergent-affirming practice
Carol is passionate about supporting meaningful communication outcomes through holistic, person-centred care that values each client’s individual strengths, needs, and goals. She also has a growing interest in literacy supports and enjoys continuing to expand her knowledge in this area.
Carol is currently working closely alongside our senior speech pathologists to support clients and families in achieving their therapy goals within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Speech Pathologist.

Ellie is an energetic and passionate new graduate speech pathologist currently participating in our New Graduate Speech Pathology Program. Ellie is passionate about continuing to broaden her knowledge and develop her clinical skills across a range of areas within speech pathology.
She has experience supporting clients and their families in the areas of:
• Early intervention and play-based therapy
• Speech and language intervention
• Support within early childhood and school settings
• Neurodivergent-affirming practice
Ellie is passionate about supporting individuals to communicate in ways that are meaningful to them and values creating therapy experiences that are engaging, individualised, and centred around each client’s unique strengths and goals. She is enthusiastic about supporting clients and families to build confidence and achieve meaningful outcomes through collaborative care.

Jessica Henke
Allied Health Assistant
Jess graduated from her diploma in early childhood education and care setting in 2023. She has a strong background in early childhood sector for 8 years before moving across to becoming a AHA in speech in July 2025. She is passionate to support clients and families in many ways she can when working alongside our speech pathologists to support clients and families to fulfill their goals. Jessica is dedicated to providing quality services to the best of her abilities.
